Since you are manufacturing on site, it is suggested to manufacture as you need it.  If you need to store it, you can do so for up to 90 days. You may experience a loss of up to 200 PPM  of the 1000 PPM, depending on how and where you store it. 

There is an upfront cost to manufacture your own HOCl.

If you amortize the equipment costs including running costs over one year, your HOCl will cost you 48 cents per gallon in year one.

Thereafter, your average annual cost per gallon would be 09 cents.

Additionally, this product can replace many of your current cleaning products while taking care of the additional disinfection step.  Notable exceptions would be beautification products such as  floor polishes or cleaners for specialty floors such as sports courts.
